Error 2: Main brushes cannot turn

What it means
The multi-surface rubber brushes cannot spin.
Safe checks from the manufacturer
- Remove the brushes and clear debris from the brush ends and cleaning head.
- Reinstall the brushes, move off thick carpet if needed, then press Clean.
